I am so grateful to have these two creative spirits in my world. We first collaborated on our Mother's Day Bouquet Popup earlier this year and now we are toiling away for the greenlion Wreath Popup happening tomorrow, Saturday, November 30 during our Holiday Open House. It seemed like a really good time to chat with these two a share a little bit about them and their process. ONE WHERE DO YOU LIVE AND WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO NEWPORT? 
Little Rhody is our home and greenlion is based out of Newport. Chris lived in Newport for many years when he first moved to RI from New Jersey and it is where we met :) 

TWO WHAT ARE THREE THINGS YOU CANNOT TRAVEL WITHOUT? 
Camera, blank notebook for drawings and thoughts, and a really great hat

THREE WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT THIS YEAR? 
We did multiple custom hanging floral installations that we designed from scratch that turned out really awesome and we where both so so happy with

FOUR TELL ME SOMETHING PEOPLE WOULD BE SURPRISED TO HEAR ABOUT YOU? 
We are both singer / songwriters , both play guitar and sing and we met at an open mic in Newport.

FIVE WHAT IS IT THAT BRINGS YOU THE MOST INSPIRATION?
Gardens , all plants,  the woods, the seasonal changes in light

SIX WHAT IS YOUR GO TO ITEM TO BRING TO A DINNER PARTY? 
Kim says  - A really nice scented candle  Chris says - IPA's

SEVEN WHAT'S THE PROJECT YOU ARE WORKING ON NOW THAT YOU ARE MOST EXCITED ABOUT?
We just launched our online store and in the new year we are looking forward to branching out our catalog of unique items, both handmade by us and unique sourced collections of vintage and more. Items for floral and for the gardens. 

EIGHT WHERE IS A PLACE YOU WANT TO VISIT BUT HAVEN'T? 
We both want to go to New Zealand and Hawaii, and are working to make one of those happen very soon ! 

NINE IS THERE SOMETHING YOU WAN TO PROMOTE?
Yes! Our wreath pop up shop with you ;) November 30th and if you cant make it order a wreath from greenlion's online shop and we will ship it to you or a loved one with a nice note. 

TEN WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PIECE OF CAREER ADVICE? 
Well that is something our dogs have taught us. When you take time off, really take time off. Don't sneak a peek at emails or just take care of one little thing. Give yourself time to reboot and recharge. Being entrepreneurs can be consuming and also incredibly rewarding, but remember to give yourself time to refresh and get inspired with travel.
